EISA Nordics Shine at EC Craftsbury Openers

Back-to-back wins for Dartmouth's Sophie Caldwell and a total of 19 top-10 results for EISA skiers at the Eastern Cup openers at Craftsbury this weekend kicked nordic skiing off on a positive foot in the otherwise snow-troubled East. UVM's Alex Howe found his way to the podium twice, and he was joined in the top 10 by Middlebury's Doug Debold and Patrick Johnson and by Bates' Nick Muchaud. But the EISA women were the real showstoppers! Caldwell was in good company in the top 10 with her Dartmouth teammates Steph Crocker and Carly Wynn, Middlebury's Heather Mooney and Annie Pokorny, UVM's Anja Gruber and Lucy LeGarrec, and UNH's Elizabeth Guiney.
